Angus & Oink is a spice blends and sauces company based in Scotland, that is best known for its barbecue rubs, seasonings and sauces. Founded in 2013 by Scott and Malissa Fraser, the business was created after the couple spent years travelling and working in the US and the Middle East, where they developed a passion for global barbecue styles and street food flavours. They began experimenting with spice blends inspired by their travels and cooking experiences, selling small batches locally before formally launching the brand. Angus & Oink has grown from a small kitchen-based operation into a food brand supplying supermarkets, restaurants and international markets.
