Bio&Me is a gut health food brand founded in 2019 by Dr Megan Rossi (who also goes by the name ‘The Gut Health Doctor’) and Jon Walsh, who previously worked at Nestle, P&G and Betfair. Bio&Me products focus on cereals – granola, bars, overnight oats and porridges as well as kefir yoghurts and drinks. All of which carry the EFSA-approved ‘Good for Your Gut’ health mark, are made from natural ingredients and have no added sugar. Bio&Me is now stocked in retailers including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Waitrose, Ocado and Morrisons. The company has recently announced their partnership with Bowel Cancer UK, to support their crucial work.
