Hawkstone is a drinks company founded in 2021 with a mission to “make great lager, cider and spirits using British-grown ingredients”. The business was launched by Jeremy Clarkson alongside the team at Cotswold Brewing Company and the creative agency The & Partnership. What began as a way to use barley from Diddly Squat farm has grown to support farmers, makers and publicans of rural Britain by creating drinks that are designed to “honour their perseverance and craft”.
