ROKA was founded in 2017 by Sam Cooper at the age of 23 with a vision to challenge the traditional construction model. He wanted to build a modern, high-energy contractor that “focused on relationships, culture and delivery”. Roka has grown into a London based refurbishment business that delivers multi million pound projects across the education, Ministry of Defence and commercial sectors.
