Sandwich Sandwich is a family run business which launched as Cotham Sandwich Co with one small sandwich shop. The company, known for its impressively stacked sandwiches, now has seven stores across Bristol and London, including a ‘grab and go’ store that opened in Paddington station this year, and an established catering arm. The founder, Nick Kleiner, is a self-taught chef who managed restaurants and wine bars before diversifying away from traditional restaurants to making snacks and sandwiches. Nick has been joined in the business by his wife Anita and two sons Josh and Izzy. The company’s growth has been in part due its social media presence, having amassed over 230k followers on Instagram.
