Gymkhana Fine Foods is a food brand that launched in 2023 as an extension of Gymkhana, the two-Michelin-starred Indian restaurant in London’s Mayfair. The company produces a range of Indian cooking sauces, marinades and chutneys designed for home cooking, drawing on recipes and techniques from the restaurant. The brand is now stocked in Whole Foods, Waitrose and Ocado. The company was created in response to demand from restaurant customers seeking ways to recreate Gymkhana dishes at home. In 2024, the business raised $3m in seed funding, followed by a Series A investment in 2025 to support retail expansion in the UK and the US.
