Founded in 2005 by former Royal Air Force pilots Andy Offer OBE and Chris Norton OBE, who each spent 22 years in the RAF, and commanded operational Harrier squadrons, amongst other appointments. This aviation services business has grown from five people and four aircraft to more than 400 employees and 30 aircraft. Today, the company works across defence and security, engineering, and disaster response. 2Excel Aviation comprises capability development, special missions, charter, and insight, and 2Excel Engineering is an aircraft maintenance and repair organisation.
