Emerald Hospitality Group is a hospitality company founded by twin brothers Arian and Alberto Zandi. Drawing on their backgrounds in finance and consulting, the brothers launched the group to create immersive dining experiences that focus on cuisine and design. Their portfolio includes Latin American fusion restaurant Zuaya, Italian eatery Como Garden, Spanish concept El Norte, and Riviera, inspired by the French Riviera. In 2025 the group partnered with family office Dilmon Group, to open three new restaurants in London, including Casa Como, a theatrical steakhouse, and an Asian fusion concept, all set to launch later this year. Emerald also offer consultancy and catering services.
