Majority was founded in Cambridge by Eddie Latham and PJ to manufacturer and sell home audio products. The brand launched as an Amazon-first business, but in recent years, has expanded into mainstream retail, with products now available in Argos, Currys along with specialist audio retailers such as Richer Sounds. Today Majority produces a range of radios and audio products, including portable DAB radios, internet radios with CD and Bluetooth capabilities, speakers and turntables. Majority’s products have been reviewed and recommended by leading publications including What Hi-Fi?, TechRadar and Trusted Reviews and in 2024, the company achieved £22.5m in sales.
