Prep Kitchen

Prep Kitchen provides chef-prepared, meals designed to support individuals in achieving their health and fitness goals. Prep Kitchen was founded by Mark Morley and William Fishenden – who had been on their own health and fitness journeys, losing a combined 50kg. The company provides a range of menu options that are designed specifically for either muscle gain or weight loss. In 2024, Prep Kitchen relocated to a 50,000sqft facility in Kent to accommodate increased demand and they now produce nearly 100,000 meals per week. Sales were £22.8m in 2024 helped by promotion from Prep Kitchen’s network of athlete ambassadors including world champion heptathlete Katarina Johnson-Thompson.
