Ed Faulkner and Ivo Devereux founded Sapling Spirits – a climate positive vodka brand that prioritises reforestation, waste reduction, eco packaging and organic ingredients. The idea was born when the founders, organising a festival, couldn’t find an eco-friendly spirit to serve. This led them to create Sapling Spirits, a brand that plants a tree for every bottle sold. Their spirits, distilled from organic wheat, are produced in London. The company has also launched a Regenerative Vodka, championing regenerative farming practices, and has expanded its retail presence, launching across 252 Waitrose stores. They now work with over 2500 distribution points in the UK and have expanded into Europe with a launch in the US planned for early next year.
