Botivo was founded in 2022 by drinks maker Sam Paget Steavenson, who previously created drinks for high-profile events including the Royal Wedding, and experienced brand builder Imme Ermgassen, who joined as co-founder and relaunched the brand in 2023. Headquartered in London and handmade on Lannock Farm in Hitchin, Botivo produces a handcrafted botanical aperitivo using five fresh botanicals, honey and an aged British apple cider vinegar base, with no flavourings or preservatives. Botivo is now stocked in Waitrose and Majestic and is served in 45 of the UK’s Top 100 restaurants, including multiple Michelin-starred venues.
