Companion Group is an independent and employee-owned videogames studio. They specialise in software engineering support for multiplayer projects, working with some of the biggest games franchises in the world. As a fully remote team, they are distributed across the UK, Europe and the Americas. Their staff have backgrounds from companies including Epic Games, Amazon, Google, Improbable, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft and other established games businesses. Sales have grown from £841k in 2023 to £7.4m in 2025.
