Frive delivers “chef-crafted, nutritionist-approved meals made from 100% whole foods”. The company’s aim is to “support wellness goals without compromising on quality or convenience”. Founder George Taylor identified that people wanted to eat healthier, but that modern life made consistency difficult. After confronting his own health and lifestyle choices, a retreat became a turning point – where he experienced the impact quality natural nutrition had on his physical and mental wellbeing. Inspired by that shift, George founded Frive in 2017 in his one-bedroom flat in East London, cooking and hand-delivering meals himself. Today, Frive has delivered more than 25m meals, and generated over £49m in revenue in 2025.
