Naked Paper is a sustainable tissue company founded in 2020 by Sarah Cox, Tom Whelan and Leila Francis-Coleman. Originally launched as Naked Sprout, the business was created after the founders questioned why toilet paper needed to be bleached white before being flushed away. Their solution was unbleached, plastic-free toilet paper. Today the company produces tissue products using bamboo and recycled materials in fossil-fuel-free factories. Since launch, the company has achieved B Corp certification and earned a King’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development.
