Founded by James Taylor and Thomas Crabtree, Corecom Tech Academy was built on a mission to “address the UK’s growing digital skills gap by creating equitable opportunities for underrepresented talent in tech”. Through their ‘Recruit Train Deploy’ model, the Academy designs recruitment campaigns and training for clients. They also provide pastoral support, coaching and career development for all their associates. Founded in 2022 and based in Leeds today they have a team of 63.
