Today her slow cooked jarred beans and gourmet baked beans are noted to be a favourite of many well known chefs and are listed by major supermarkets including Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Asda and Co-op, as well as many independent stores. She is the author of two bestselling cookbooks Bold Beans: Recipes to Get Your Pulse Racing and Full of Beans and has become a familiar face on national TV, with recent appearances on BBC Dragons Den and ITV’s This Morning.
