Flake Bake

Flake Bake is a London-based Jamaican patty brand founded in 2012 by father-and-son duo Paul and Mike Williams. Starting from their bakery in Peckham, the business built a loyal following supplying handmade Caribbean patties to takeaways, cafés, and independent retailers across the UK. In 2024, the company achieved national recognition after winning Channel 4’s Aldi’s Next Big Thing, securing a nationwide Aldi listing for its Jamaican beef and chicken patties across more than 1,000 stores. The company has now sold over 10 million patties across its handmade and retail ranges.
