The company develops software that records, monitors and analyses communications across calls, emails, messaging apps and trading systems, helping banks and regulated firms meet global compliance rules. Bloomberg invested in Insightful Technology in 2022 and integrated its systems with Bloomberg Vault, which helped to expand the company’s global profile.
