Founded in 2020 by entrepreneurs Dan Murray and Joel Freeman, Heights is a supplements brand. Based in London, the company was created after both founders faced personal health struggles – Dan with insomnia and anxiety, and Joel with stress-related gut problems. Heights now specialises in ‘brain, body and gut’ health supplements, including multivitamins, probiotics, magnesium and hydration products. The business uses ingredients that are intended to help customers ‘improve focus, sleep, mood and wellbeing’. Its products are now sold online as well as in major retailers such as Boots, and they have a number of celebrity ambassadors including Ben Shephard and Stephen Fry.
