Tushar and Mehul Shah are serial entrepreneurs, having also founded Centrum Property, Blenheim & Chester Developments as well as a Bluebird Care franchise based in Berkshire that has been rated Outstanding by CQC since 2016.

Cambridge Spark
Cambridge Spark is an education technology company founded by Dr. Raoul-Gabriel Urma, a PhD graduate in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. Raoul launched the company to address the growing demand for data science and AI skills in the workforce, aiming to bridge the skills gap by providing industry-relevant training. Cambridge Spark offers a range of data and AI programmes, including apprenticeships and bootcamps, designed to upskill professionals in data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Cambridge Spark’s sales hit £18.6m in 2024 and their clients include Virgin Atlantic, the BBC and M&S.

Hilltop Honey
Scott founded Hilltop 13 years ago with a £5k overdraft. Today the company employs 130 people and turns over £44.1m. Hilltop is the second biggest honey brand in the UK and has begun exporting to the UAE, Nordic’s, Australia, USA, Hong Kong and Germany. The company’s factory is based in mid Wales and has a BRC grade A* rating. Hilltop packs maple syrup, peanut butter, agave nectar, sweet pie fillings and carob in the formats of glass, squeezy, stick pack, sachets, portion pots and tubs.

Gozney
Tom Gozney is the founder and designer of Bournemouth-based Gozney, the pizza oven brand. Tom, a self-taught British product designer and entrepreneur, started Gozney after recovering from addiction aged 21. Today their range includes Roccbox a scaled down version of their commercial pizza oven, the Dome, the compact Arc range, and their portable pizza oven, the Tread. The company has been recognised by TIME’s Best Inventions and the Red Dot Design Awards, and can be found in more than 2,300 retail stores globally, including John Lewis in the UK. In 2024, sales rose to £60.7m from £27.3m in sales in 2022.

Christopher Ward
Christopher Ward is a premium watch brand that combines English design with Swiss watchmaking expertise. Mike France and Peter Ellis, who previously sold the Early Learning Centre, founded the business alongside Chris Ward, a former colleague and clothing importer. The three friends launched the company from a converted chicken shed in Berkshire, as an online-only premium watch brand. Today, the company produces a wide range of watches, with customers in over 100 countries. Its direct-to-consumer model and commitment to transparency have supported their growth, with sales increasing from £13.6m in 2022 to £30.5m in 2024.

Reds10
Reds10 is a construction specialist that specialises in offsite manufacturing to deliver sustainable spaces where people ‘live, learn and thrive’. Established in 2006, Reds10 designs and builds buildings for the public sector, focusing on defence, education, health and justice. Reds10 has grown revenues from £63.4m in 2022 to £142.5m in 2024, driven by its pipeline and major projects including schools and defence single living accommodation. With five factories spanning 300,000 sqft and over 400 employees, Reds10 recently secured a place on the Defence Infrastructure Organisation’s £2bn Accommodation Programme.
