    Winedrops is a private wine club that can save its members up to 80% on their favourite bottles. Founded by schoolfriends Seb and Jonny, Winedrops was established to cut out the middlemen in the wine buying process, so that its members pay lower prices. Winedrops is a membership model where, for an annual fee of £119, members get access to hundreds of discounted, curated wines from around the world. By 2024, Winedrops reported to have 25,000 members and sold between 60,000-70,000 bottles monthly. Sales for the business rose from £920k in 2022 to £9.5m in 2024.

  • Purdy & Figg

    Founded by friends Purdy Rubin, a former nurse, and Charlotte Figg, a horticulturist, and Purdy’s two sons, Jack and Charlie, Purdy & Figg is a household cleaning brand. The company has a range of sustainable, non-toxic, essential oil scented cleaning products that are produced in glass bottles. The company launched its core product ‘Counter Clean’ in 2022 and has since experienced rapid growth, with sales jumping from £3.6m in 2023 to £40.3m in 2025, helped by its social media success where they have amassed over 200k followers on Instagram and over 300k on TikTok. Purdy & Figg were number one in the Growth 100 last year.

  • Dynisma

    Dynisma is a motion simulator company founded in 2017 by Ash Warne, an F1 engineer who previously led simulator development at McLaren and Ferrari. Operating from its Technology and Manufacturing Campus in Bristol, Dynisma’s team of over 100 people delivers ultra-high fidelity driving simulators. In motorsport, Dynisma simulators are used across F1, F2, Formula E, WEC, and IMSA series, helping teams improve their track performance. In automotive, Dynisma partners with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to support new vehicle development and last year the company was announced as the official Motion Simulator Partner of McLaren Automotive. This year Dynisma featured in the FT1000, and was named Technology Company of the Year at the British Business Awards.

  • SURI

    Founded by friends Mark Rushmore and Gyve Safavi, SURI designs and sells sustainable electric toothbrushes. With over 4 billion toothbrushes ending up in landfill or oceans each year the founders set out to create an eco-friendly alternative. With their brush heads made from corn starch and bristles made from castor-oil, they designed their brush to reduce reliance on plastics. The company has raised equity investment from investors including JamJar, V3, Salica and DMG. Other achievements include, receiving over 10,000 reviews on Trustpilot at a 4.8/5 rating and securing a retail partnership with Boots in the UK and Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop in the US. SURI’s sales hit £23.4m sales in 2024, up from £1.7m in 2022.

  • Ancient + Brave

    Founded by Kate Prince, a former media lawyer, Ancient + Brave is a wellness brand that focuses on ‘harnessing ancestral wisdom and daily rituals alongside science-led innovation’. Based in Sussex, the company offers a range of products, including collagen, MCT oil, and nootropic blends. B Corp certified Ancient + Brave counts celebrities like Davina McCall, Ellie Goulding, and Dame Kelly Holmes among its supporters. The company sells its products online and through select retailers across 22 countries, catering to a growing customer base seeking sustainable wellness solutions. This is the company’s second year in the Growth 100 with sales growing from £1.3m in 2022 to £19.9m in 2024.

  • Conductr

    CONDUCTR is a ‘creative innovation studio powered by technology’. Founded in 2022 by themed entertainment specialists Peter Cliff and Jos van der Steen, the company designs, invents, and produces immersive experiences. With a team of over 80 people spanning studios in Manchester and Orlando, CONDUCTR works across every part of the process in-house – from concept and design to software, engineering, production, and installation. Their work creates large-scale, interactive experiences and projects include motion-tracked game arenas, interactive dark rides, digital sports courts and brand activations. In 2025, CONDUCTR launched Glow Court, the world’s first outdoor interactive LED sports court, built for Norwegian Cruise Line’s newest ship.
