    Coffi Lab is an independently owned group of coffee shops founded by James Shapland, that welcomes coffee lovers and their dogs. With 11 locations across South Wales and England, it offers small-batch, ethically sourced coffee roasted in their Cardiff based Roastery and freshly baked crwfins and buns from their Coffi Lab Bakery. It is known for its warm, dog friendly atmosphere and its charitable partnership with Guide Dogs UK, with over £110k raised for the charity to date. James is the creative force behind Coffi Lab and has a huge passion for coffee, hospitality and beautiful spaces; and of course, his labradors.

  • Obsequio

    Leicester-based Obsequio Group provides a broad range of compliance services. They provide technology-driven compliance solutions across fire, security, water, air and asbestos. Its clients span various sectors, including the NHS, education, logistics, social housing, student accommodations, data centres, facilities management and industrial settings. Co-founded by Simon Cashmore and Simon Abley in 2020, Obsequio has achieved growth through multiple acquisitions, including a fire safety and an asbestos compliance business earlier this year. The group’s growth strategy has been bolstered by funding from Beech Tree and acquisition facilities from Kartesia. This is Obsequio Group’s third year in the FEBE Growth 100

  • Hectic Lifestyles

    Hectic Lifestyles, trading as NutraDirect, is a contract manufacturer of health supplements, specialising in sports supplements and nutrition products. Founded by Bal Sandher in 2008 while he was still at university, the company began with his initial investment of £1,200. Initially, the Kent-based company sold supplements manufactured by other suppliers before launching its own contract manufacturing in 2015. To support its growth, the company plans to move to a 170,000 sqft manufacturing facility later this year. This expansion is set to support the company’s new product ranges including vitamin gummies. This is Hectic Lifestyles hattrick year in the Growth 100 list, achieving sales of £35m in 2024.

  • Greens Retail

    Greens Retail is a Scottish convenience store and post office chain founded in 2014 by Harris Aslam. Harris, a former law student, launched the business with one shop in Kirkcaldy in 2014, and now operates 27 stores across Scotland, employing 312 people. Greens Retail offers a range of products, including Co-op own-brand items through a supply partnership with Nisa and branded goods via a collaboration with Iceland, featuring products from Greggs, TGI Fridays, and Cathedral City. Sales hit £25.6m in 2024.

  • Comfort Click

    Founded in 2005 by Vivek Shukla, Chetan Shukla and Minesh R. Pattni, Comfort Click is a Kent-based e-commerce retailer selling branded vitamins, minerals and supplements. The company sells own brand health and nutritional products including a range of multivitamins, plant-based supplements, collagens and omegas. Comfort Click also sells own branded pet health, dental and personal care products through its direct to consumer and marketplace channels. The company’s product diversification to over 200 products selling across a number of countries have contributed to its continued growth. The company employs over 300 staff and generated sales of £84.6m in 2024.

  • SCEND

    SCEND, founded by friends Jack Crumpton, Owen Jenkins and Alex Harlow, is an eCommerce fulfilment company headquartered in Alfreton, Derbyshire. Having previously run e-commerce stores selling on marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, the founders understood the importance of logistics in the eCommerce experience. Launching initially from their garage, SCEND now provides end-to-end logistics solutions for direct-to-consumer brands, including order fulfilment, returns management, and contract packing services. In 2025, SCEND was awarded the Carbon Neutral Britain certification for its efforts in reducing its carbon footprint.
