Founded in 2021 by brothers Daniel and Michael Boyle in Burnley, the company addresses the need for efficient and convenient upholstery solutions. With over 12 years of industry experience, the Boyles recognised the challenges businesses faced with traditional off-site repairs, which often led to prolonged downtime and logistical complications. To combat this, they developed a mobile service that brings workshops directly to clients’ locations, enabling upholsterers to perform repairs with minimal disruption to their clients businesses.

    Founded in 2018, WildMint is a direct-to-consumer natural cosmetics brand. Led by co-founders Freddie Trimble and Emily Petersohn, the brand offers over 40 vegan and cruelty-free products across skincare, haircare, and intimate care, that are designed for all skin types and for all ages. WildMint have reached over 200,000 customers, are rated excellent on Trustpilot, and have received over 19,000 reviews. With recyclable glass packaging and a tree planted for every order, WildMint focusses on combining sustainability with self-care, and has built over 160k followers across their social channels.

    Tectonix Natural Stone, founded by industry veterans Chris Frankland and Dave Stanger, specialises in providing natural stone materials for the landscaping sector. With over 35 years of combined experience in natural stone paving and masonry, the founders established Tectonix to deliver products and services to both commercial and residential projects. In its inaugural year, Tectonix achieved carbon neutrality for its UK operations by partnering with Neutral Carbon Zone to offset emissions. The company works on projects across the UK including the refurbishment of London’s Bank of England streetscape, supplying a blend of European granite and Haslingden Blue Yorkstone setts.

    Sandwich Sandwich is a family run business which launched as Cotham Sandwich Co with one small sandwich shop. The company, known for its impressively stacked sandwiches, now has four stores across Bristol and London as well as an established catering arm. Nick Kleiner, the founder of Sandwich Sandwich, was a self-taught chef managing restaurants and wine bars for 20 years before diversifying away from traditional restaurants to making snacks and sandwiches – effectively giving birth to Sandwich Sandwich. Nick has been joined in the business by his wife Anita and two sons Josh and Izzy. The company’s growth has been in part due its social media presence, having amassed over 200k followers on Instagram.

    Panache Cruises is an online travel agency specialising in luxury cruises. The Lancashire-based firm offers a range of ocean, river and expedition cruises. Each Panache Cruise customer is allocated a dedicated Cruise Connoisseur, who is available from the start of the booking process until they return from their holiday. Panache Cruises has teams both in the UK and the US having opened its first international office in Florida last year. Panache has its eyes set on future growth, launching Panache Expedition in May 2025 focussed on travel to remote destinations such as Alaska and the Arctic.

Founded in 2020 by Sam and Jamille Sammour and Paul Saxton, 5Y Technology offers clients a tool that integrates data from over 100applications, enabling them to link data sources into a single platform, making data-driven decision easier. 5Y now employs 50 people across five offices in London, Cape Town and Amman, which helped sales rise from £2.8m in 2023 to £10.9m in 2025.
