    Phizz launched in 2015 after the founders discovered that flying could result in the body losing a significant amount of water. Today, the founders of Phizz believe that dehydration and electrolyte loss are often overlooked as a key contributor to daily wellbeing. Founded by three Australian friends and a British neuroscientist, the brand initially focused on commercial sales, securing partnerships with organisations such as Emirates Airlines, Premier League football teams, and W Hotels. Today, Phizz sells electrolyte tablets and is a part of the fast-growing ‘hydration enhancer category’. Their products are stocked in major retailers like Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Boots.

  • Rheal

    Husband-and-wife team, Charlotte and Sean Ali, discovered the benefits of natural superfoods when trying to boost Charlotte’s energy levels, improve her gut health and skin issues following her diagnosis of Coeliac Disease. Inspired by their own experience, they wanted to create products to make these ingredients and benefits, more accessible. Rheal manufactures superfood blends in the UK and, having launched in 2017, sales hit £25.5m last year. The brand has recently secured listings with retailers including Holland & Barrett and Tesco and now is looking to expand into international markets. In 2025 the company diversified its product range and launched a new line of wellness shots which combine cold pressed juices and superfoods.

  • Nebula

    Serial entrepreneur Ross Teague founded Nebula in 2020. The Berkshire-based firm provides IT services to businesses throughout the technology channel, specialising in global transformation and deployment projects. Nebula’s approach looks to improve customer experiences across industries such as public sector, law, financial, and gaming. The company is on a mission to ‘unify people and technology’, and they focus on delivering complex IT technologies, including cloud, cyber security, and wireless solutions. Nebula’s diversification of its products helped the company hit £4.4m in sales in May 2024.

  • Energy Pig

    Energy Pig is a Glasgow-based renewable energy company. Founded in 2015 by David Vincent Macneill, the company specialises in installing energy-efficient systems, including glazing, heating, insulation and solar solutions. Since its inception, Energy Pig has installed thousands of energy-saving products, aiming to reduce fuel poverty and carbon emissions. The company has grown from sales of £2.4m in 2022 to £10.4m in 2024.

  • Prep Kitchen

    Prep Kitchen provides chef-prepared, meals designed to support individuals in achieving their health and fitness goals. Prep Kitchen was founded by Mark Morley and William Fishenden – who had been on their own health and fitness journeys, losing a combined 50kg. The company provides a range of menu options that are designed specifically for either muscle gain or weight loss. In 2024, Prep Kitchen relocated to a 50,000sqft facility in Kent to accommodate increased demand and they now produce nearly 100,000 meals per week. Sales were £22.8m in 2024 helped by promotion from Prep Kitchen’s network of athlete ambassadors including world champion heptathlete Katarina Johnson-Thompson.

Drawing on nearly a decade of experience in digital marketing within the music industry, including roles at Warner and Universal Music, Aaron established round to specialise in creating viral moments for international brands and music artists seeking to expand their reach via social media. The company’s services include influencer marketing, digital strategy, paid media and social activations, with a focus on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
