Established in 2020 by an ex Royal Logistic Corps soldier and a big-four consultant, the company helps clients use data to generate insights and drive efficiency in their supply chain operations. Squarcle serves a diverse range of clients from FTSE 100 companies to government departments, with a particular focus on the defence sector where they use an agile approach to tackle client’s projects.

  • Anne Louise Boutique

    Anne Louise Boutique (ALB) is a London-based fashion brand founded in 2019 by mother-daughter duo Anne-Louise and Julie Dempsey. What began as a hobby in a spare bedroom quickly evolved into a full-time venture, driven by their passion for fashion. ALB offers a range of dresses and loungewear, with their success boosted by designs being worn by celebrities including Princess Beatrice and a strong community engagement through social media. In 2024, ALB launched its first patented designs, hosted a six-month pop-up in Covent Garden, and expanded internationally with stockists in Dublin and Dubai.

  • Fushi Wellbeing

    Founded in 2008, Fushi, meaning ‘Eternal Life’, was inspired by the combined cultural heritage of co-founders Rannesh Jansari and Ria Pattni and the Ayurvedic family recipes handed down by their grandparents. They combine ‘ancient wisdom’ with modern science to create pure, ethical natural remedies that are intended to help customers embrace the bond between health and beauty. The company source all-natural ingredients, which are then processed in their London workshop.

  • iRob International

    iRob International is a provider of automation solutions, delivering systems across industries such as automotive, aerospace, and healthcare. Founded in 1999 by Giles Oberheim, the company began as a robotic programming specialist and has since evolved into a ‘full-service automation partner’, with its in-house capabilities enabling the delivery of tailored, turnkey solutions for their clients. iRob International has experienced significant growth, with sales rising from £18.3m in 2022 to £62.9 million in 2024.

  • Hair Syrup

    Haircare brand Hair Syrup was founded in 2020 by Lucie Macleod, a then 21-year-old student at the University of Warwick. Frustrated with the lack of effective treatments for her bleached and damaged hair, Lucie began experimenting with natural oil blends in her student kitchen. Her homemade pre-wash hair treatments gained popularity after she shared her results on TikTok, where the brand now has nearly 400k followers). In 2024, Lucie pitched on BBC’s Dragons’ Den and the dragons declined to invest, but this year sales reached £5m up from £1.4m in 2023.

  • REFY Beauty

    Founded in 2020 by Jess Hunt and Jenna Meek, REFY Beauty creates products that ‘enhance natural beauty’. The brand launched with its viral Brow Sculpt, selling six months of stock in just six weeks. REFY has since expanded into complexion and, in 2025, entered skincare with their Face Sculpt and Face Cleanse products. The brand focuses on creating beauty products that deliver ‘maximum results with minimal effort’. Today REFY is stocked in Selfridges, Sephora UK, and over 600 Sephora stores across the US and Canada.
